I booked a stayed at Aquays hotel in Havelock for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. The restaurant prices were exorbitant compared to nearby eateries. We ordered malai kofta of ₹499 which tasted terrible. The masala kulcha was thick and practically inedible. 2. The swimming pool was dirty and uninviting. Despite our complaint, the hotel staff provided excuses and took no action. 3. On the first night, we complained 3 times about the malfunctioning AC in our room. At 11 PM, they informed us to wait for another half an hour or consider changing rooms. Exhausted, we chose to endure the discomfort. 4. The next morning, the idli was so hard that it could have caused injury if thrown. The muffins were undercooked and overly sweet. Shockingly, no fresh fruits were served. 5. Day 2, they finally shifted us to a different room where the AC worked properly. But this room had termite issue and water dripping from toilet false ceiling. However, this change came too late to salvage our experience. 6. For lunch and dinner, we had to dine at other nearby restaurants. These alternatives offered better food quality and reasonable prices. 7. Due to the hotel's pathetic service, we decided to cut our stay short and left after just two nights. Our agent shifted us to the other branch of the same hotel in neil island. I strongly advise against anyone trying Aquays as there are far better options available.

Location : The location is perfect just on the road with many eating options and little traffic around. The beach on the back is super plus point that gives best vibe to the place. Rooms: I am very much upset with the decor of the room full of dark green walls...curtains and heavy tiles that give a congested feel to a good size room. The balcony is there but that's not of much use as it just opens into the walkway. We had a room on the ground floor just opposite to pool. washroom is the best point in whole room which is spacious and clean. Restaurant: The food tasted very average with humid , less lit and less airy eating area. The interiors should be improved otherwise this place is very interesting. We only had buffet breakfast here. We opted eating outside the hotel which were more worthy like placid restaurant, mango tree just on walking distance. If you are ok with bright colours and less luxury feel ..you can easily opt for this hotel. It is above average, but I didn't find it worthy and luxurious.

We stayed 3 night in aquays hotel Havelock.It was a lovely experience.Food was ok but service was very good. Service Team, Housekeeping Team and front desk are very helpful. Improvement in the restaurant buffet is needed a lot .Wonderful experience in candle light dinner thanks to Mr Subhamkar Rai and Mr Sahil Subba for making us comfortable throughout the stay .

I stayed here with my wife and daughter for 3 nights and 3 days in Lagoon Plaza room, it was spacious with bathtub. The room was neat and clean with all amenities. The resort is on main road in Govindnagar, 5 km away from Kalapathar beach and 8 km away from the best Radhanagar beach. The resort backside is beach so you can enjoy pristine moments in early morning, evening and star gauzing at night. Generator facility and hot water availabilty was best even at such small island. I would suggest this resort to make your Havelock Island tour memorable and amazing.

The service was amazing . The food was perfect in quantity and taste . The environment was comfortable,beautiful and serene . The decoration was done wonderfully . Sushant was our waiter for the evening and he did his job amazingly.
